I have been making pretty good strides with the book so far. I’m up to chapter 11, and sitting around 50,000 words. While that isn’t too much, it is liable to barely scratch how many there will be once I’m done. I’m telling you, this is going to be one of, if not THE most, grand adventure I have ever put to paper. The stakes are high, the action is intense, and the interpersonal relationships of the various characters are so incredibly unique among them all.
As it stands, this book is already longer than 5 of my previously published titles. Now, I’m only halfway to my longest published book, but this will surpass that before I hit the halfway point for sure. But I promise the length of the book will be worth it for anyone who sticks it through, because the story is filled with twists, turns, and of course secrecy.
I will say, the dialogue between the characters has to be my favorite part so far. I have always been a fan of action, and there is plenty of that to go around, but the conversations between people, as well as how differently they communicate depending on who their speaking to, has made piecing this immaculate puzzle together all the more fun.
